There are two ways to change your payment method.
Option 1: From the Subscription Tab
Go to Settings and open the Subscription tab. Click the Change payment method button and follow the prompts to enter your new payment details.
Option 2: Through the Paddle Panel
Alternatively, in the same Subscription tab, click Manage subscription. This will redirect you to the Paddle payment panel. Select your active subscription and click Update payment method to enter your new details there.
Both options lead to the same result. Use whichever is more convenient for you.
