Not everyone you report to needs to log into Chatbeat, sometimes a clean, ready-made report is all that's needed. Chatbeat gives you two ways to get there: a quick one-click snapshot of your project, and a fully customizable report you can build from scratch.
Quick Project Snapshot
The fastest option lives right in your project's Overview, in the top right corner. One click generates a PDF snapshot of your project as it stands today, no setup required.
This snapshot includes your Brand Score and Visibility trend, your Share of Voice overall and broken down by AI model, a short set of auto-generated Insights highlighting what stands out, and a table of your Key prompts with their position across each model.
Custom Reports
If you need something more tailored, head to the Reports tab in your project's sidebar. This feature is only available if your project is running on our new stats. If you don't see the Reports tab, reach out to your account advisor, they can switch you over for free.
Here you can build a report around exactly what you want to show. Choose the time period and granularity (daily, weekly, or monthly), pick a specific prompt group instead of your full list if you don't need everything included, and select all AI models or narrow it down to just one, for example only ChatGPT.
Once generated, your report covers Brand Score and Visibility, a breakdown by AI model, Share of Voice and your competitors, Topics Share, Brand Presence by Topic, Context Gaps, Top Cited Domains, Top Cited Pages, and a full prompt-level analysis.
From there, you can share it with a link or save it as a PDF to send however you like.
