Sometimes you need your data outside the dashboard, whether that's for a client report, an internal presentation, or your own analysis. If you're on the Advanced plan or above, Chatbeat lets you export key data as CSV files from several places in the app.
Project Overview
The most complete exports live in your project's Overview, in the top right corner. From there you can download a CSV with your prompt statistics, as well as a separate CSV with your Brand Score data.
Sources and Context
You'll also find CSV exports in a few other key spots. In the Sources tab, you can download Key Sources, Top Citation Domains, and Top Citation Pages. In the Context tab, both Topics Analysis and Brand Presence by Topic can be exported the same way.
How to Spot an Export
Wherever a CSV export is available, you'll see a small download icon. Keep an eye out for it as you explore the dashboard, since it shows up in more places than just the ones listed above.
If the icon appears grayed out, your current plan doesn't include CSV reports. Upgrade to a higher plan or reach out to your account advisor to get access.
