How Can I delete the project?

A quick guide to removing projects from your Chatbeat account

Written by Urszula Kucińska

If you no longer need a project, you can delete it to keep your workspace clean and free up your prompt limit. Here's how.

Step 1: Go to All Projects

Navigate to the All Projects page using the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Find the Project You Want to Delete

Locate the project on your list. If you have multiple projects, you can use the search bar in the top-right corner to quickly find it by name.

Step 3: Remove the Project

Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the project you want to delete, then click Remove project.

Good to Know

Deleting a project frees up your prompt limit. All prompts associated with the removed project will no longer count toward your account's quota, so you can use that capacity for new projects.

This action is permanent. Once a project is deleted, all collected data - including historical positions, scores, sources, and context - is gone and cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need the data before confirming the deletion.
